FemmePharma President and CEO to Join Conversation on Business Exit Strategies
FemmePharma Global Healthcare, Inc. announced today that Gerianne Tringali DiPiano, President and Chief Executive Officer, has been asked to participate in an interactive panel discussion on Exits—Traps and Triumphs that will be co-hosted by the Drexel University LeBow College of Business and the Close School of Entrepreneurship in Philadelphia.
According to Ms. DiPiano, “this exciting event will be geared to business owners, CEOs, and other C-level executives who want to learn, from the personal experiences of the panelists, about how the exit process really works and what can be done during the execution phase to help ensure the realization of more ‘triumphs’ than ‘traps’ when all is said and done”.
As one of five panelists, Ms. DiPiano brings to this meeting a wealth of executive level insights gained from more than 30 years’ experience in the healthcare industry, where she has personally been involved in a number of mergers and acquisitions and other “exits” that make her well-qualified to speak on this subject. Today, Ms. DiPiano, who founded FemmePharma Global Healthcare in 1996, is focused on improving women’s health by developing products that are specifically designed for women across a broad range of therapeutic categories.
